1. Acceptance
By purchasing SubZero you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
2. What SubZero Does
SubZero is a browser-based tool that identifies subscription vendors from bank and credit card statement data using alias matching against a database of 300 known vendors.
Results depend on:
- —The quality and completeness of the uploaded statement
- —Coverage of the 300-vendor database
- —Legibility of scanned images if camera input is used
SubZero is not a financial advisor, bank, or legal service.
3. What SubZero Does Not Do
- ×Does not access bank accounts
- ×Does not store financial data
- ×Does not guarantee identification of every charge on your statement
- ×Does not provide financial advice
- ×Does not initiate cancellations on your behalf
4. Payment Terms
SubZero is a one-time purchase of $29.00 USD. There are no recurring charges. Payment is processed by Stripe. SubZero does not store payment card information.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
SubZero is a digital tool that is immediately accessible upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the tool, contact support@subzero.so and we will work to resolve it.
5. Lifetime Access
Your $29 purchase grants lifetime access to SubZero on the device where you complete the purchase.
Access is tied to your purchase session. To restore access on a new device navigate to www.subzeroapp.io/restore.
Access restore is limited to 3 requests per 30 days.
6. Database Accuracy
The SubZero vendor database is verified monthly. Pricing data and cancel URLs may not reflect real-time changes by vendors.
Statement alias data is sourced from documented billing descriptors. Some vendors may use aliases not yet in our database.
Always verify cancellation with the vendor directly.
7. Cancellation Instructions
Cancel guides on SubZero entity pages are provided as general guidance only. Vendor cancellation processes change without notice.
SubZero is not responsible for outcomes of cancellation attempts made following our guides.
Always confirm cancellation with the vendor and retain confirmation emails.
8. Intellectual Property
The SubZero vendor alias database is proprietary to SpiralWorld LLC.
You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the database or any portion of it.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SubZero is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the service will identify all subscriptions on your statement.
10. Limitation of Liability
SpiralWorld LLC liability is limited to the amount paid for the service ($29.00).
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
